Or down. This morning I took Jack on his first run since IM Louisville. He's a bit out of shape.
At 4 miles he took advantage of the red light to rest. Fortunately that was at the end of my street. Unfortunately my street is uphill.
Before that he also took advantage of the fountain at 2.5 miles to rest.
And the spigot at 1.5 miles.
And the fountain again at 3.5 miles.
Of course Jack wasn't nearly as wiped out as he wanted me to think. I let him off the leash before I got him in the gate. .00001 seconds later he was off after a cat. And I was off after him. He led me through my neighbor's yards and to an empty lot at the end of the cul-de-sac.
Where there's a hidden lilikoi vine. With lots of ripe lilikoi. Some went in a smoothie
for breakfast. The rest will go in margaritas for happy hour. #GoodDog

Yes, that's the same picture on ST's we noticed. What can I say. He's so darn cute I can't just keep him on my blog and facebook!
